MHRA has published details of two recalls:

Methadone 5mg tablets from Martindale Pharma

This is a precautionary measure due to the discolouration of the PVdC film in a small number of blister pockets.

Quarantine all remaining stock and return it to your supplier using your supplier’s approved process.
