NHS England maintains suspension on face-to-face DSQS reviews

The suspension of face-to-face DSQS medication reviews will remain in place until at least 1 October 2021, NHSE&I has confirmed in a letter.

However, practices in England are reminded of the July 31 deadline to inform their local PCO of their intention to take part in the scheme.

Arrangements for primary care from 19 July details how practices should manage Step Four of the COVID response, covering the withdrawal of COVID SOPs including: General practice in the context of coronavirus (COVID-19) (Version 4.3)

Until further notice, existing COVID-19 Infection Protection and Control (IPC) guidance continues to apply in healthcare settings.
