The Department of Digital, Culture, Media & Sport (DCMS) has extended the deadline for its consultation Improving broadband for Very Hard to Reach premises

GPs and health service providers, and their patients, are among those who can respond to the consultation, now open until Friday June 25.

Questions centre on the experience of business and to service users when using broadband, including known benefits and barriers.

The evidence aims to enable DCMS to assess the options available for delivering improved connectivity to areas where the costs of delivering better digital infrastructure have so far proven to be a barrier to deployment.
