- Smartway Pharmaceuticals Limited
- Drugsrus Limited
- Optimal Pharma Limited
Affected items include: Eliquis, Flutiform, Seretide Evohaler, Symbicort Turbohaler and Tysabri. View the full list.
To identify affected product, dispensing practices without FMD equipment should consider using the unique serial number (SN) and/or product code (PC)/Global Trade Item Number (GTIN) information available on the outer packaging of the product. Dispensaries should quarantine all remaining stock and hold it pending further instruction from the relevant supplier.
